What is Functional Health Coaching?

Functional Health Coaching involves guiding individuals towards optimal well-being by addressing the underlying factors affecting their health. Coaches work collaboratively with clients, considering various aspects such as nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and sleep, to create personalized strategies for improved overall health. The focus is on empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes that support their long-term well-being goals. Coaches do not diagnose, treat or prescribe rather empower and educate.
